Hotel Karpfen - Eberbach (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis)

Had a wonderful Christmas stay with my family! The breakfast area had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were extremely friendly. We enjoyed the properly-sized glasses for our juice and the modern, clean bathroom. The hotel was situated in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We especially appreciated the cosy armchair in the living room corner - a great spot to relax after a busy day.

We found the pillows too soft and were disappointed that there was no boiling water system in the room to make tea or coffee. We also thought that the restaurant was a bit old-fashioned and felt stuffy at times.

Over the Easter holidays, we stayed at a family-owned hotel for a few nights. the hotel offered comfortable rooms and a delicious restaurant with hearty German cuisine. We particularly liked the fact that the restaurant had a diverse menu, allowing us to savour some local specialities. the hotel's location was also very convenient as it was right off a popular bike trail.

There were a few minor downsides to our experience. we found the pillows a bit too soft and lacking in filling, making it difficult to sleep.

Lovely breakfast area with atmosphere, friendly personnel at check out, good-sized modern and clean bathroom, wonderfully cozy armchair in the living room corner, comfortable rooms, superb restaurant.
